Requirements:

- Be conversant with structural engineering analysis software including SACS.

Bukan Cuma Vitamin A yang Menyehatkan Mata

Jakarta, Selama ini masyarakat mungkin mengira hanya vitamin A saja yang baik untuk mata. Tapi sebenarnya ada beberapa vitamin lain yang sangat penting untuk membantu menjaga kesehatan mata.

Vitamin sangat penting agar mata tetap sehat dan memiliki penglihatan yang jelas termasuk fungsi dari kornea, pupil, lensa dan retinanya.

Kekurangan salah satu vitamin tersebut bisa meningkatkan risiko penyakit yang terkait dengan mata seperti kemampuan penglihatan yang kurang, katarak, glaukoma, mata kering, penyakit diabetes mata, degenerasi makula dan kebutaan.

Beberapa vitamin diketahui memiliki manfaat yang baik untuk kesehatan mata, seperti dikutip dari Livestrong, Selasa (5/4/2011) yaitu:

Vitamin A
Mata membutuhkan vitamin A untuk membantu penglihatan. Vitamin A juga sering disebut dengan retinoic acid yang mempengaruhi transkripsi gen. Kekurangan vitamin A dikaitkan dengan kebutaan malam, dan jika kekurangannya berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang lama bisa menyebabkan mata kering atau disebut dengan xeroftalmia.

Mata kering ditandai dengan ketidakmampuan air mata bekerja dengan benar sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kemampuan seseorang untuk membaca dalam jangka waktu lama karena menimbulkan rasa perih di mata.

Vitamin C
Vitamin ini terdiri dari antioksidan yang merangsang sistem kekebalan tubuh untuk melawan infeksi dan melindungi tubuh dari bahan kimia berbahaya serta beracun. Karenanya vitamin C ini akan melindungi mata dari kerusakan termasuk katarak yang membuat penglihatan seseorang buram atau warnanya memudar karena terhalang oleh sesuatu yang berbentuk seperti awan.

Studi yang dilakukan oleh ilmuwan London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine di Inggris menemukan konsumsi vitamin C yang cukup bisa berperan aktif untuk melindungi katarak dengan menurunkan risiko sebesar 64 persen. Hasil ini diterbitkan dalam Journal of Nutrition tahun 2002.

Vitamin D
Vitamin D memainkan peran dalam mencegah degenerasi makula, yaitu berkurangnya ketajaman penglihatan seseorang secara berangsur-angsur yang berhubungan dengan penuaan. Studi yang diterbitkan dalam Archives of Ophthalmology tahun 2007 menuturkan vitamin D dapat melindungi mata dari degenerasi makula.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E adalah antioksidan yang melindungi sel dari radikal bebas. Seseorang yang kekurangan vitamin E nantinya dapat meningkatkan risiko retinopati berpigmen yaitu suatu kondisi yang melibatkan kerusakan retina.

This building is for our representative, potilikus...ketika rakyat banyak yang menentang pembangunan, semua berlomba untuk tampil di depan TV/ media bahwa mereka tidak setuju dengan pembangunan gedung baru demi popularitas, but it a month a go, now is different the reality pembangunan is still in progress, padahal banyak yg menentang....that is the fuck of our politic, yang ada hanya kepentingan...."MALU" the answer is no, sepanjang  bermanfaat bagi kepentingan...so what we do??? Komisi Darurat FIFA Ambil Alih PSSI

 JAKARTA, Kompas.com - Menyusul kekisruhan di dalam tubuh Persatuan Sepak Bola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI), Komite Darurat FIFA memutuskan pada 1 April 2011, bahwa sesuai dengan artikel 7 ayat 2 Statuta FIFA, maka Komite Normalisasi akan mengambilalih komite eksekutif PSSI saat ini.
Komite Darurat FIFA memperkirakan, kepemimpinan PSSI saat ini tidak bisa mengontrol persepakbolaan di Indonesia, yang dibuktikan dengan kegagalan untuk mengontrol Liga Primer Indonesia (LPI), yang berlangsung tanpa keterlibatan PSSI. Selain itu, PSSI juga gagal mempersiapkan sebuah kongres yang mengadopsi electoral code dan, dan pemilihan komisi electoral.
Berdasarkan semua fakta tersebut, Komite Darurat FIFA sampai kepada sebuah kesimpulan, bahwa kepemimpinan PSSI telah kehilangan kredibilitasnya di Indonesia, dan tidak dalam posisinya lagi untuk memimpin proses penyelesaian krisis yang sedang melanda.
Misi Komite Normalisasi adalah: menyelenggarakan pemilihan berdasarkan electoral code FIFA statuta PSSI sebelum 21 Mei 2011; untuk mengakomodir liga yang berada di luar sehingga bisa di bawah kontrol PSSI atau menghentikannya secepat mungkin; menjalankan aktivitas PSSI hari demi hari dalam semangat rekonsiliasi demi kebaikan sepak bola Indonesia.
Komite Normalisasi tersebut terdiri dari para insan sepak bola Indonesia, yang tidak akan bisa duduk dalam sebuah posisi di PSSI dan akan bertindak sebagai komisi electoral. Dalam kesempatan yang sama, dikonfirmasi juga bahwa empat kandidat yang ditolak oleh komite banding PSSI pada 28 Februari 2011 lalu (Nurdin Halid, George Toisutta, Nirwan Bakrie dan Arifin Panigoro), tidak bisa masuk kandidat Ketua Umum PSSI.

Kapan Waktu Menyikat Gigi

Kompas.com - Meski kita tahu bahwa sisa makanan yang menempel di gigi bisa memicu bakteri namun bukan berarti setiap habis makan kita harus segera menyikat gigi. Kapan perlu menyikat gigi hal itu sangat tergantung pada apa yang baru kita makan atau minum.
Setelah mengonsumsi makanan atau minuman yang tinggi kandungan asamnya, seperti kopi, buah yang rasanya asam, atau softdrink sebaiknya Anda berkumur dulu untuk menetralisir kadar asam. Tunggulah sampai satu jam sebelum menyikat gigi.
"Jika langsung menyikat gigi setelah minum minuman berkarbonasi atau makanan yang asam, gigi bisa erosi," kata Meinecke, juru bicara Academy of General Dentistry.
Sementara itu menyikat gigi dianjurkan 20 menit setelah makan karena pada saat ini tingkat keasaman ludah sudah kembali normal. Ketika makan, pH akan turun dari yang normalnya 6,8 menjadi 4. Namun, secara perlahan-lahan, pH-nya akan naik kembali dalam waktu sekitar 20 menit. Jika terburu-buru menyikat gigi struktur saliva akan rusak, padahal salah satu fungsi air ludah adalah penyeimbang dan membantu proses pencernaan.

Mulai dech gue nge-blog, setelah search and cari2 referensi akhirnya gue ngeblog pke blogger.com dech. Daftar, setting, & mulai posting tentang apa yang gue pikirin. Mulai pke theme pabrikan + posting-nya dikit banget coz kelamaan mikirnya, alhasil ketika taruh widget counter hit yang mampir tiap harinya bisa dihitung ma jari, sebulan ngeblog counter hit-nya nunjukin spedometer 100 doank..."cape dech'.

End of february mulai dech gue search artikel yang kira2 menarik setelah baca2 tutorial  blog, katanya harus banyak posting, banyak link, banyak main2 ke blog tetangga biar SEO-nya naik padahal g mudeng istilah2 itu cuman ikut ma senior2 blogger yg bikin tutorial. 

Copy paste dech, yg penting banyak artikel, mulai di ping terus di pingoat.com ma mypagerank, hasilnya sebulan berikutnya/ di bulan maret spedometer-nya mulai nunjukin di angka seribu....keren///// "lebay.com", yang penting bikin semangat ngeblog....selain copas demi menaikkan SEO/ rating gue juga nulis lho, mo bagi unek2 tapi otaknya dah lemot jadi nulisnya dikit2....

Artikel tentang dunia migas (ladang gue), kesehatan (biar bisa ngerawat keluarga gue) walaupun copas yg penting gue baca dulu..ntar juga mudeng & bisa dipraktekin k keluargaku, lowongan migas (sapa tau kontrak habis, jadi update dech), ma mo posting foto2 temen yang keren2 tapi belum kesampaian...hobi foto juga tapi blm punya doku buat beli SLR.... 

Search di blog2 senior di bulan ketiga, mulai dech gue cari theme yg bagus biar kelihatan profesional "lebay lagi", lihat2 blog kakak2, trus nyari dech di google artikel tentang blog biar nambah oye...mulai dari southmix, tukeran link, page rank alexa mulai dech gue reparasi blog gue...+ rajin2 ngunjungin blog tetangga + follow juga, finally hingga bulan ke-2 lebih mulai ada perkembangan dech blog gue "pede abis"...pengunjungnya dah 3 digit/ ratusan gitu dech...walaupun rankingnya masih 27-jutaan gitu, yang penting semangat...semangat....+ ngantuk.com
